Draft page.

My kid goes to a private school....he won't tell me where it is!

He carries around a picture of the guy that came with the wallet!

I said 'Someday you'll have kids of your own', he said 'So will you!'

My wife told me to take out the garbage.  I said 'You cooked it, YOU take it out!'

I said to my best friend 'Who said my wife was easy', and he said 'Everybody!'

I bought a used car and found her dress in the back!

It's that time of year again for the event not even the heartiest of draftniks knows too much about. Yes, the 2013 NFL Supplemental Draft is scheduled to begin electronically Thursday at 1 p.m. ET.

NFL.com has confirmed with the league that teams were alerted of the eligible players on July 2. The news of the eligible players first was reported by CBS Sports.

The six eligible players are:

DE James Boyd, UNLV

DT Nate Holloway, UNLV

DE Toby Jackson, Central Florida

WR DeWayne Peace, Houston

WR O.J. Ross, Purdue

DB Damond Smith, South Alabama

Unlike last year's second-round supplemental pick, Josh Gordon, who went in the second round to the Cleveland Browns, there isn't an obvious draft pick among this group. At least one player has been drafted four straight years, a streak that might come to an end this year.

Here's how the supplemental draft works: Teams make bids to the league for players in the supplemental draft pool. However, any team that makes a pick in the supplemental draft will forfeit a corresponding selection in the following year's NFL draft. The supplemental draft is carried out via email among teams.

No Calloway - no Brent .....

For at least a decade we have done very poorly late in the draft

It almost seems like there would be zero risk on the Big DT for say a 7th Rnd Pick

IF and only if Marinelli & Kiffin like him

So it may be worth looking into seeing as we have not had any real success late in the draft

If undrafted he is available as a UDFA!

Why, just because it took you 15, it makes it hard for you to believe?

There is no way we take Nate Holloway. Monte Kiffin likes lighter, quicker defensive lineman. Though I argue that big powerful defensive lineman can be successful in the Tampa 2 scheme, its just not his philosophy. It really isn't Jerry's philosophy either. How many years did we run the 3-4 defense without a true NT? In the 3-4, a big NT type player is obvious, where as in the 4-3 its more optional.

Dude you make it even worse with that weak comeback. You set yourself up for that one. It's okay bro, we've all been there.

Did we put in a 2nd or 3 round pick on the kid that the Browns chose? Can't remember his name. I know he did well, but he lived up to his reputation by getting suspended for the first 4 games of this season for substance abuse.   Glad we missed that one.

I don't know anything about these dudes, I would just wait and see whos left and try to get one as a FA after today then to spend a pick on next years draft on them

Not a good fit for the attacking scheme of the Tampa/Dallas 2 we will run. Maybe a Goal Line specialist if anything but I dont think he is worth the draft pick.

UNLV defensive end James Boyd may be in the draft. Boyd played just a season at UNLV after transferring from junior college. He originally was a member of Southern California's 2009 recruiting class. Prior to last season, he switched from quarterback to defensive end. At a listed 6-foot-5 and 255 pounds, Boyd has an intriguing combination of size and potential. Boyd was not listed in UNLV's spring prospectus. A season ago, he had 21 tackles and 2.5 sacks. He started one game.

I would take a 7th round swing at him.
