were evenly matched pretty much, both teams. i give the edge to us because of our defense...reason being, weve got youth on our side and the Bears are older defensively with Urlacher, etc. not saying theyre a bad defense because theyre not, theyre really good. its going to be a hard game but i see us winning.
Cowboys 24
Bears 20

I think I prognosticated a 23-21 Dallas win before and it still feels like that. Dallas wins.

42-3 Bears..............

Actually, the only thing that would make that worth the loss would be the look on JJ's face when he gets the reality check on his Head Coach and on his decisions coming home to roost after all these years of neglect in the trenches...and elsewhere coughs...

Yea,that would be nice to see.But then he would be interviewed like he was a few years ago after GB kicked our butts and utter the words that we don't wanna hear,"Well, obviously I have a lot of work to do" meaning he will stay on as GM.

Warning: Negative post to follow.

Sorry for the negativity JROBB but lots are a bit frustrated with broken promises.
When a "bust" player who never gets a chance suddenly goes to the Giants and becomes their Witten, something
is quite wrong with the organisation. When the best player is NOT on the field at all positions given their current performance (NOT their "body of work" as JG and his handler Steven Jones like to say), then you're set up to FAIL miserably. It also sets a bad example for other backup players who want the chance.
I'm not even going to comment on bringing fail projects like Roy Williams to the organisation.
If the Cowboys would exchange players (not locations or owners or facilities or coaches) with Baltimore, for example, I'm sure interesting things would happen to our players in another system/philosophy/culture. The Cowboys have some great players with the exception of the OL. Yet, we've also seen "bust" OL guys who are traded or released and who everyone is now wishing had not been traded. So perhaps it's not the players?
Something is wrong with talent evaluation and talent utilisation as well as coaching. Actually, I'm not sure anyone can put their finger on exactly what it is but I think most realise that whatever it is, it has infected the entire organisation somehow and it has for years. Haven't you been in a work environment that seems to be fine to everyone looking in from outside but it's truly dysfunctional to the people working there for some reason?
Sorry, I'm just rambling from frustration. Hopefully, the Cowboys will cure doubts during the Bears game.
But when bad/inconsistent players are paid like stars, and good ones are seen as "busts" and traded away to become solid great players elsewhere, something is wrong. And the guy(S) responsible seem to be above reproach in each other's eyes because they're mates (JG JJ) wink wink. At some point, you've got to blame the management.
Whose fault is it for a long string of bad employees at a normal business? Bad bad employees! NO! Bad bad management for hiring the wrong people.
Whose fault is it for a bunch of great employees with fantastic resumes doing a poor job for a business? I would say management. Something makes those employees not want to work for that manager in most cases so they do as little as possible to get by. Isn't that what we're seeing and have seen so often with the Cowboys?

42-3 might not be such a bad outcome for one game.

Cutler's going to be hurried out of the pocked. Cutler's going to be sacked a few times. AND, Cutler will be crying after the first half.

Cowboys get the W.
