EVERYONE knows Al Davis Jr is the problem... he's not going to change and this team will never amount to anything under him. He just doesn't get it.

i agree...hes the root of the problem ...But the jerry Lovers Like Rom will tell you how many owners have won 3 SB rings....and that hes one of the most successful GMs in the business. They wont admit it was Jimmy and the walker trade that caused that 90s success.

Shango is at his baseline attitude. Thats how he gets when he knows his predictions about the team are true. If you notice he will pick dallas at training camp as an 8-8 or 7-9 team and just hope hes wrong. Its Shango reality setting in. He allways tries to stay positive but my favorite Shango is when he gets a little amped up. Oh well Shango maybe next Decade!

We need to figure out a way to get Shango into JJ's owner's box for just one game. Seriously.

Disfunctional Relationships seem to be the most difficult to end

You know Jerry Jones will let you down

But you still follow the Cowboys

If you want to be a fan of a well run organization you have to change teams

Shango will be the first to tell you he knows football teams. He will also tell you he is not in any way trying to manage 53 overgrown children in a locker room.

And Cowboy Chris from a few years ago. He would yell at the coaches in person for pathetic showings. He was the only one who actually made an effort to hold people accountable during the Wade era.

Yep. I could just imagine what a little "chit chat" during a game would sound like.

I was hoping there would be a "Jason Garrett better get his ____ together or is going to find his ___ in Cleveland... AT BEST" type line.

Thought Shango was on about a lot of things though, team played their hearts out but lost due to mistakes and inexperienced coaching.

I think he misunderstood Romo on the checks. Yes Romo makes a lot of checks at the line, but if you listened to Brian Billick he explained that Romo was making the offensive line checks. He explained that normally centers make the offensive line checks. By having the QB making the offensive line checks, it slows down the offense and forces the offense to snap the ball with only a few seconds left on the play clock. That's why Romo can't give the players a chance to get set and lined up when he's making all his calls. We don't have a real center and it forces Romo to do too much.

Despite that one little part, this was a great video. Amen from 17:00 to 19:00. I've been saying that for a long time.
