Week 14, watching the Green Bay game, I asked a question to my daughter's boyfriend, " I wonder how Dak would play in this cold weather " ? The cold affected Dak in a negative way, playing in the Meadowland's, I hope he doesn't let the tournament get to his success to this point, not hating, just sayin'. I want our Cowboys to win.

Dak's mobility, and ability to run the ball is a huge asset...... as is Romo's ability to read defenses and work through progressions.

Both have their strengths and weaknesses, and as I said, I think both can win.  It would be unfair to expect Dak to have the same skills that Romo has acquired and refined over a long career, but those skills and experience are valuable with Romo now, and will be to Dak in the future.

I'm just glad Dak has Romo to go to on the sideline, tell him what to expect formation/personnel wise from the defense, what to do in certain circumstances Dak hasn't seen yet, etc...it's the best asset possible for Dak. I'd give the radio to Romo so he can talk to Dak were I the coach.

Aside from getting healthy, I hope the team gets mentally sharper.

We cannot afford the false start and illegal formation penalties in the playoffs.

Fellas, I'll be in Waco the weekend of our Divisional playoff game, meaning, I'll be searching for a place to watch the game, certainly not at the Hotel, any suggestions, I don't know my way around Waco, although I could drive to Arlington.

Afternoon Fellers and Happy New Year to you and your family's!....Really felt good to see Romo step in and play as if he never missed a beat!.......A security blanket that not too many teams enjoy, If any.

They should've let him do it one more time, but then again the left side of the line wasn't up to snuff.

That may very well be the last TR TD we see with him wearing a Star on his hat.

While the draft was transpiring i was looking for Dallas to pick Billings for the D-line,  Taking M.Collins was a head scratcher to me.  Can't even tell you where Billings ended up or if he had any impact for the team that chose him.........Very happy someone in Dallas knew their stuff in the choice for Collins.....Don't think we have seen the best from this young Man!.

Andrew Billings suffered a knee injury in practice and hasn't played a snap for the Bengals...and he wasn't drafted until late 4th round

Happy New Year, starhart. If you felt singled out, it was not my intention.

I feel there is a sizeable split among fans as a whole about who should be playing. Me? I'll stick with the guy who got us here while breaking records left and right. I still will defend 9 for being one of the best ever.

I didn't feel singled out, and I appreciate the way you express your opinions.

I honestly think I could make the case for starting Dak or Romo, and I'm very happy to have them both.

Atlanta IMHO is the biggest challenge for Dallas......That would be one heck of a NFC Championship game,  Just dreaming ahead :)

My prediction is that GB will beat NY, and Seattle will beat Detroit...

.... which means we'll host GB while Seattle goes to Atlanta...

.... which, I think, leads to a Dallas vs Seattle Championship game in Dallas.

In the AFC, I hope someone beats the patsies...... I don't want them to go to another super bowl, even to be the loser!  ;)

I just don't see the Patriots losing, but your NFC prediction could be close

I think the Steelers or the Chiefs would have a shot at beating NE...... and I would root for either one!

Now some folks are starting to come back to reality and realize that having both Dak and Romo on the team this season and going forward could be the best of both worlds.  Its up to Garrett to figure out how to make it work. It's a good problem to have as we have said all season long.

NE is standing in our way.  Nuff said.

They are blowing people out every week. They probably get the least amount of press of teams who have made the show and I'm not sure why.

I'd certainly have Romo in Dak's ear on the sideline.  Like I said, it's up to Garrett to figure out how to make it work with both Dak and Romo cause it is a good problem. Romo, Moore, and Sanchez all contribute any way they can.  Team sport.

I don't think Seattle is as big a threat as they might seem.

Other than Daks ability to run he is not in the same class as Romo.  Passer rating is great but you have to consider the short 20-30 yard passes.  The thing is IMO is that Dallas is a run first team and they take a lot of pride in that.  So, Daks ability to run gives him a big edge.
