We've got over a year until the draft next year, but I think it will be fun to look at who might be available in next years draft.

4: Luke Falk QB Washington St

5: Lamar Jackson QB Louisville

5: Royce Freeman RB Oregon

6: Nick Chubb RB Georgia

1: Calvin Ridley WR Alabama

2: Kristian Kirk WR Texas A&M

3: Antonio Callaway WR Florida

4: Deon Cain WR Clemson

6: Trey Adams OT Washington

OG/C

5: Braden Smith Auburn

Edge Rushers

1: Arden Key LSU

2: Sam Hubbard OSU

3: Clelin Ferrell Clemson

4: Bradley Chubb NC St

5: Harold Landry Boston College

6: Duke Ejiofor Wake Forest

7: Josh Sweat FSU

8: Malik Jefferson Texas

9: Marquis Haynes Ole Miss

10: Porter Gustin USC

4: Tremaine Edmunds V-Tech

5: Christian Miller Alabama

6: Shaun Dion Hamilton Alabama

7: Azeem Victor Washington

8: Skai Moore South Carolina

9: Matthew Thomas FSU

10: Jack Cichy Wisconsin

CB

1: Minkah Fitzpatrick Alabama

2: Travarus McFadden FSU

3: Jaire Alexander Louisville

4: Anthony Averrett Alabama

5: Iman Marshall USC

6: Denzel Ward OSU

7: Quenton Meeks Stanford

8: Kevin Toliver LSU

9: Tony Brown Alabama

1: Derwin James FSU

2: Ronnie Harrison Alabama

3: Quin Blanding Virginia

4: Armani Watts Texas A&M

5: Chase Hansen Utah

6: Jordan Whitehead Pittsburgh

7: Chris Hawkins USC

What stands out to me the most is the amount of potential edge rushers in this class, and how loaded this potential QB class can be. With the amount of edge rushers, QB's, and OT's in this class there's real potential we could get ourselves a really good RE next year if Taco looks to be more of a LE. This also depends on Irving and Lawrence and how they do this year.

I dont know why people are so high on Bradley Chubb. He gets man handled unless the tackle just flops. Most of his highlights are him being the 3rd person to get to the qb. He is almost always batting clean up for the rest of his line.

Your right.

Fixed it.

I love this QB class coming out next year. The Browns should too, and all the teams who were smart enough and decided to wait.

Browns picked Kizer in the 2nd, and with the amount of picks the have stockpiled I don't see that as they couldn't move on next year type deal.

Wouldnt be shocked to see them wait til a later round again. I think they like Kizer a lot. Sit him for a year and then play him the year after. Wouldnt be shocked to see them take a flier on a later round guy

If this upcoming QB class is as good as they say it could be and they have a top 5 pick I don't see how they pass on a QB unless Kizer shows something.

Hard to tell what they will do next season. They have a lot of needs. Another WR, RB, OL, DT, ILB, CB, FS. Add qb to that? If it as good as they say they might spend another 2nd but i dont see them using a first rounder.

They have 2 1st next year, 3 2nd, 1 3rd, 2 4ths, 1 5th, 2 6ths, and 2 7ths.

They have enough ammunition to do whatever they want pretty much.

Fair, but id be sceptical of them shooting for a qb high. They have had 2 years in a row to take any qb they want. I think they will try to develop Kizer and build the rest of the team first before spending high on a qb.

I think it goes to show they aren't going to take a QB in the first round they aren't enamored by.

If Darnold improves from last year and gets USC to the playoffs I don't see how he doesn't get picked 1st overall. With that being said if he doesn't win a NC he might not leave. Darnold has potential to be a Luck type QB.

I think RT may be a need in 2018, with at least a pick in first 2 rounds.

Yea if Darnold improves upon what he did last year which would be hard because that last game he played is still in all the scouts minds, the browns will select him number 1 overall.

What the heck?! Malik Jefferson, LB, Texas should definitely be there, if not #1.
He and Derwin James are my two early draft crushes. Pairing James and Jones would be a dream

As for what position we are going to target.
This year was WR & CB.
Next year Cooper, Looney, and Byron Bell are all free agents, expect us to target OLine early and often.
Hitchens and Wilbur will also be FA so solidifying our LB Corp is probable.
Lawrence and Paea as well.
Still no long term solution behind Dak, and apparently we tried to Target Kaaya but he was taken one pick before us.
McFadden and Morris too.
OL, DL, LB, RB, QB in that order.

This DT class looks exceptional. Vita Vea is a stud.

Also I'd really like us to grab a mid round QB in this draft.

The teams I see "needing" a QB next year are Jets, Browns, Jags, Bills, Chargers, 9ers, Skins, Cardinals, Saints, and Steelers(Unless they like Dobbs)

Two of them will land either Jimmy G or Cousin, eliminating from the need. We should try to land one of those 8 listed or Jarrett Stidham.

Channing Stribling (CB/Michigan) will make that DB List. Also if DE Rashon Gary Comes out of Michigan as a Sophomore he will be one of the better Edge Rushers available.

Agree with most of your needs next year but maybe different order. Way to early as mentioned.

OL, LB, TE, DL, WR, QB

Stribling entered this draft and went undrafted
